• In case of a dead on arrival animal ( DOA ), notify us within 3 hours of package delivery and provide pictures or videos of said animal.
• In case of DOA, you have the choice of either getting a replacement animal, or refund.  
• Shipping cost is not included on refund and shipping cost for DOA replacement is covered by the customer.
